這模式同時滿足青年和企業家的需求.青年透過相關工作經驗獲得市場需要的技能和作為積極的榜樣.企業家獲得一批有潛質員工, 為青年人提供機會準備他們選擇職業方向.”在莫桑比克青年非洲每六個月有1000名畢業學生,當中83%畢業生已獲取經濟機會和畢業後三個月內開始賺取收入.在四年間, 26,000名青年接受職業和管理培訓.”Beurskens說。

2. 賦予青年學習的心智能力，使他們獨立起來.

“這是全面配套, 使青年人獨立自強.” 這是Beurskens所說的青年非洲會員所需心智能力培訓,有助培育青年創新者的情緒社交能力(social and emotional skills).

“一個社會企業家的力量是傳播一個有效的解決方案(包括想法和見解)”. 所以，一個系統或模式改變的成功, 公眾, 居民和私營機構共同看到價值,用創意和創業方式整合解決方案來幫助重建系統.當談到在撒哈拉以南非洲青年就業問題，這是特別重要考慮到多個部門, 國家和地區具體性質的挑戰。而青年非洲做法是帶頭來傳播模式,調整模式迎合不同國家和地區.

遊戲化是在非遊戲環境中加入遊戲元素和遊戲設計技術的應用.

六個「遊戲化」的步驟
